How order recovery works

Order recovery lets you open a past purchase on Instant Shipping Labels using the credentials from your confirmation email, receipt, or batch summary. You can finish paying an unpaid order, download USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post label PDFs again, open PNG or ZPL files for thermal printers, and retrieve your receipt. You do not need to create a new shipment if you still have a valid recovery token or the batch master token from a CSV import.

Use the Individual Order tab with your 64-character recovery token and six-digit code for single shipments or multi-package orders that were paid together. CSV batch imports and similar bulk flows use the Batch Orders tab with the master token only—one token covers every order created from that upload, without a separate code per row. If you paid with cryptocurrency, the Wallet tab can look up orders using the wallet address used for payment together with the recipient postal code when those details match our records.

Keep your token, code, and master token private—they are the keys to your labels and receipts. If you do not see a confirmation email, check spam and promotions folders. Unpaid orders may expire after the deadline shown at checkout; return here before then to pay. Paid labels can be re-downloaded whenever you need a reprint.
