What is Instant Shipping Labels?
Instant Shipping Labels (instantshippinglabels.com) is an online service where you buy prepaid shipping labels (USPS, Canada Post, and regional posts such as Evri, Correos, DPD DE, plus optional UPS/FedEx) without creating an account. You Create a shipping label, compare live rates, pay by card/Apple Pay/Google Pay or cryptocurrency, and download a PDF label. We are not the postal service or a carrier—we sell prepaid labels via carrier APIs.
Do I need to create an account to buy shipping labels?
No. Instant Shipping Labels uses guest checkout—no signup and no subscription. You can Create a shipping label without registering. After you pay, save your recovery token and code (or use recover your order) to re-download your label anytime.
Can I buy shipping labels with Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency?
Yes. On our crypto hub you can pay for USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post labels with Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Monero (XMR), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, USDC, and other supported coins. Cryptocurrency payments include an 8% discount on our service fee (carrier postage is not discounted). Email is not required for crypto. Start at crypto or see Create a shipping label then choose crypto at payment.
Can I buy shipping labels with Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes. On clearnet, Stripe checkout can show Apple Pay or Google Pay alongside credit and debit cards when your device and browser support them. Use our card hub for that flow. A valid email is required for Stripe. Card and Apple Pay/Google Pay are not available on Tor—use cryptocurrency there instead.
Can I upload a CSV for bulk shipping labels?
Yes. Use Batch import (CSV) to upload a spreadsheet; each row becomes a label quote. Volume discounts apply by label count. See the CSV import guide for required column headers and international customs fields. You can also Bulk paste addresses without a file.
Which carriers are supported for postage labels?
We support USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, Deutsche Post, DPD DE, Correos, Colissimo, Evri UK. We are actively expanding new carrier networks; depending on your region or rollout, some carriers may or may not be available. All available rates are shown so you can compare and choose the best service.
How do I compare rates between all available carriers?
To compare rates from all available carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, Deutsche Post, DPD DE, Correos, Colissimo, Evri UK), select your preferred carrier and choose "Custom Box/Package" in the package type dropdown on the shipping form. Then click "Verify addresses & get rates" to see rates from every available carrier so you can choose the best option.
Can I ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is supported where carrier services allow it—often via USPS and regional posts, and optionally UPS/FedEx for US-origin shipments. See our international guide for customs and tips. Rates and delivery times vary by destination.
Can I use FedEx or UPS for international shipping and CSV batch?
FedEx and UPS are available for US-origin shipments where enabled (they carry higher carrier-adjustment risk than postal/regional options). For UK, Spain, Germany, France, and Australia origins, prefer Evri, Correos, DPD DE / Deutsche Post, Colissimo, or Sendle / Fastway. Use the single-label form or CSV batch with from_country / to_country set correctly.
Why are your shipping labels cheaper than competitors?
Our pricing is transparent: a fixed $3.00 markup per label plus 15.0% on (carrier + fixed markup) plus a $20.00 UPS Ground audit protection fee when the carrier rate is over $47.00 plus a $35.00 UPS domestic expedited (e.g. 3 Day Select) audit protection fee plus a $100.00 UPS International (Worldwide Expedited, etc.) audit protection fee plus a $25.00 FedEx Ground audit protection fee when the carrier rate is over $47.00 plus a $35.00 FedEx expedited (2Day, Express Saver) audit protection fee plus a $100.00 FedEx International audit protection fee. Cryptocurrency payments receive a discount on our service fee (carrier postage is not discounted).
Do you offer bulk or batch shipping discounts?
Yes. We support Batch import (CSV) for bulk label generation, which includes automatic volume-based discounts—ideal for businesses and online sellers shipping multiple packages.
Can I paste addresses instead of uploading a CSV?
Yes. Bulk paste supports the same flow as CSV batch: paste your From/To addresses in a simple format, then continue to payment and get all labels at once. Use Bulk Paste when you prefer not to upload a file (e.g. on Tor or for a quick list); use Batch import (CSV) when you already have a spreadsheet with many columns.
How does the batch payment page work for CSV and bulk paste?
After you upload a CSV (Batch import (CSV)) or paste addresses (Bulk paste), you are taken to the batch payment page. There you see every shipment and its rate. Bulk discounts are applied automatically based on how many labels you have and are shown in the order details (e.g. 10+ labels 5% off, 25+ 8% off). You can remove any shipments you do not need—for example, duplicate rows or orders you no longer want—and pay only for the ones you keep. The total updates automatically. When you are happy with the list, choose card or cryptocurrency and complete payment. You only pay for the labels you did not remove.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept a wide range of payments for your convenience:
- Credit/Debit Cards & Digital Wallets: Processed securely via Stripe—cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, Google Pay, Link, Bancontact, iDEAL (including Wero), and Klarna. Available options may vary by location and currency. A valid email address is required for Stripe payments due to Stripe's policies and procedures.
- Cryptocurrency: We accept Litecoin (LTC), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Monero (XMR), Zcash (ZEC), Dash (DASH), Solana (SOL), TRON (TRX), Dogecoin (DOGE), USDT (TRC-20), and USDC (ERC-20). Cryptocurrency payments include an 8% discount. Email is not required for crypto payments.
Why is email required for card payments?
Card payments are processed by Stripe. A valid email is required for card payments due to Stripe's policies and procedures. If you prefer not to provide an email, you can pay with cryptocurrency instead—email is not required for crypto.
How long do I have to pay for my order (e.g. with cryptocurrency)?
Unpaid orders—including those awaiting cryptocurrency payment—remain active for 2 days. After that, the order expires and you will need to create a new shipment and get new rates. Save your recovery token and code so you can return to pay before the deadline; you can also use recover your order to open your order.
Should I double-check addresses before paying?
Yes. Please double-check any address errors on the payment selection page before you complete payment. The addresses shown there are the ones that will be printed on your label. If something looks wrong, start a new shipment to correct it—do not complete payment until the details are correct.
Are you responsible if I enter the wrong address or details?
No. You are responsible for entering accurate information. We are not liable for any loss, failed delivery, or extra cost resulting from user input errors (e.g. wrong address, weight, or dimensions). Please review the addresses on the payment page before paying. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Why do UPS or FedEx rates include extra fees?
UPS and FedEx often re-weigh and re-measure packages after shipment and bill corrections. We add a disclosed carrier audit protection fee on qualifying UPS/FedEx rates, tiered by carrier and service: UPS Ground and FedEx Ground (when the carrier rate is above our threshold), UPS expedited (2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, Next Day Air), FedEx expedited (2Day, Express Saver), and FedEx International. USPS rates generally do not include this fee. You are still responsible for accurate weight and dimensions. See our Terms of Service for full policy.
Can I use the site on the clear web and onion networks?
Yes. Our service is fully operational on the clearnet and via Tor (onion). We support no-JavaScript usage for privacy-focused browsing. Find us via DuckDuckGo or other privacy search—or use our Tor mirror: islzhgkqm2nibbbgwzmmrbj6goikio5q3knrx3ulejruomzg3c6mw7yd.onion (also linked in the footer). On Tor, pay with cryptocurrency only.
Can I buy shipping labels over Tor or without JavaScript?
Yes. Instant Shipping Labels supports Tor users and no-JavaScript browsing—rates, cryptocurrency payment, and label download without relying on scripts.
On Tor, credit card / Apple Pay / Google Pay (Stripe) are not available due to payment verification requirements. Cryptocurrency remains fully supported and includes an 8% discount on our service fee.
Use the onion address in the footer (or our crypto hub) for Tor access. Clearnet users can pay with card or crypto. Guest checkout only—no account; recover labels with your token and code.
Is InstantShippingLabels.com safe to use?
Yes. Payments are processed by established providers like Stripe, and labels are generated using official carrier APIs. We permanently delete all label data and PII after 30 days for your privacy.
Will my shipping label work at the carrier?
Yes. All labels are valid, carrier-approved postage labels and can be used for drop-off, pickup, or scheduled collection.
What label formats do you offer?
We offer labels in PNG, PDF, and ZPL formats. On the order recovery page you can download in your preferred format (PDF for standard printing, PNG for images, ZPL for Zebra and compatible thermal printers). When you choose email delivery, labels are sent as a zipped file containing PNG and PDF.
Can I get a refund if I don't use a label?
You may request a refund within 15 days of purchase if the label is unused and in "pre-transit" status. Refunds apply to carrier postage only; service fees are non-refundable. Refunds are handled through Support. See our full Refunds & Cancellations policy in the Terms of Service.
Do you send cryptocurrency back for refunds and overpayments?
Yes. We have crypto refunds enabled: we can send cryptocurrency back to your wallet for eligible refunds (e.g. unused labels within policy). When you overpay with crypto we automatically send the overpayment amount back to you. Contact Support for refund requests.
I don't see the label email. Where is it?
Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the label email. You can also recover your order with your token and code to view and download the label anytime.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes. A receipt is generated for every transaction. Providing an email address for receipt delivery is optional.
Who is this service best for?
This service is ideal for online sellers, small businesses, and privacy-focused users who want postage labels without subscriptions or accounts.
