How to Use CSV Upload

Our CSV upload feature allows you to generate multiple prepaid shipping labels in one go. This is ideal for bulk shipments or repeat business.

CSV Format Requirements

Your CSV file must include the following column headers:

from_name,from_street1,from_street2,from_city,from_state,from_zip,from_country,to_name,to_street1,to_street2,to_city,to_state,to_zip,to_country,length,width,height,weight,customs_description,customs_quantity,customs_value,customs_weight,customs_origin_country
  

Explanation of Each Field

Column Description Required?
to_name Full name of the recipient ✅ Yes
to_address1 Street address (line 1) ✅ Yes
to_address2 Apartment, suite, etc. ❌ No
to_city Destination city ✅ Yes
to_state State or province code (e.g., NY, ON) ✅ Yes
to_zip Postal or ZIP code ✅ Yes
to_country ISO 2-letter country code (e.g., US, CA) ✅ Yes
phone Phone number (required for some carriers) ✅ Yes
weight_oz Total package weight in ounces ✅ Yes
length_in Length in inches ✅ Yes
width_in Width in inches ✅ Yes
height_in Height in inches ✅ Yes

Bulk Discount Tiers (Applied Automatically)

We reward volume! When you upload a CSV file with multiple labels, your total cost will receive an automatic discount based on how many valid labels are in your file:

Label Count Discount
10+5% off
25+8% off
50+10% off
75+12% off
100+15% off

Discounts are applied before checkout and reflected in your order summary.
