3. Data Storage and Retention
All shipping label data and personally identifiable information (PII) are permanently deleted from our servers after 30 days. We only retain minimal, non-sensitive invoice information (e.g., transaction ID, date, amount) for internal financial record-keeping as required by law.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party providers, including credit card processors and cryptocurrency gateways. We do not store payment credentials. Instant Shipping Labels is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect cryptocurrency addresses provided by the user.
Card payments (Stripe): Card payments are processed by Stripe. An email address is required for card payments due to Stripe's policies and procedures. Stripe collects and processes personal and transaction data in accordance with their own policies and terms. We do not control how Stripe handles or retains that data. If you prefer to pay without providing an email or card-related data through Stripe, you may use the cryptocurrency payment option.
