Batch Import — Bulk CSV Shipping Labels

“Batch” means one checkout for many shipments: each CSV row is rated separately, then you pay for the whole set at once—ideal for marketplaces, warehouses, and daily shipping lists.

Use the template and column format below. Prefer not to upload a file? Use Bulk Paste to paste addresses instead.

Bulk discount tiers (applied automatically)

We reward volume! When you upload a CSV with multiple labels, your total receives an automatic discount based on how many valid labels are in your file:

Label count Discount
5+2% off
10+5% off
25+8% off
50+10% off
75+12% off
100+15% off

Discounts are applied before checkout and reflected in your order summary.

CSV format & template

Batch vs single label

The single shipment form is best for one package. This page is for 10, 50, or 100+ labels where re-entering addresses would waste time—marketplace orders, warehouses, and daily shipping lists.

  • Each CSV row keeps its own carrier, service, and addresses; you see live rates before you pay.
  • After upload you can fix errors row-by-row and drop any row on the batch payment page.
  • Same prepaid carrier labels and PDF/PNG/ZPL output as single purchases; volume discounts apply from 10+ labels.

Marketplace sellers (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, Poshmark)

Instant Shipping Labels is not affiliated with eBay, Facebook/Meta, Mercari, or Poshmark. Export or copy buyer ship-to addresses into our CSV template (or use bulk paste), then choose USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, or EU carriers where offered.

  • Bulk checkout — Many labels, one payment.
  • Rate choice — Carrier and service per row with real quotes before purchase.
  • International — When countries differ, use customs columns. See the international shipping guide.
  • After payment — Download labels; reprint anytime from order recovery.

Domestic rows (same from_country and to_country) do not need any customs columns. Only rows where sender and recipient countries differ require these fields.

Payment

After upload you're taken to the payment page (card or crypto). You can remove any rows you don't need from the order details—the total updates automatically. No payment data in the CSV.
