Use From: and To: blocks. Separate blocks with ---. Optional under any To: add dimensions/weight (e.g. 8x5x2, 1lb or 10x6x3 24oz) or carrier: usps (or ups, fedex, canadapost). Dimensions: L×W×H in inches; weight in lb or oz. US/Canada: City, ST 12345 or City, ON A1A 1A1. Phone optional.
