CSV Batch Shipping Labels — Bulk Import for USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post

If you ship multiple packages, our CSV batch import lets you create many USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post labels at once. Upload a spreadsheet, review your shipments, and get volume-based discounts—no account required.

How CSV batch works

Go to the Batch Import page and upload a CSV file with your shipment data. Each row is one package: from/to addresses, dimensions, weight, and optional service preferences. The system validates your data and shows you rates for each row. You can then pay in one go (card, Apple Pay, or cryptocurrency) and receive all labels as PDFs—by email or download.

Volume discounts

Batch orders qualify for volume-based discounts. The more labels you buy in one batch, the better the effective rate. That makes CSV batch ideal for small businesses, online sellers, and anyone who regularly ships multiple packages.

Carrier support

Batch labels are available for USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post where supported in your region. You can mix carriers in a single batch if needed. All labels are carrier-approved and ready to print and ship.

Bulk Paste vs CSV

If you'd rather not upload a file, use Bulk Paste: paste From/To addresses in a simple text format and get the same batch payment and labels. Bulk Paste is ideal for a short list or when file upload isn't convenient (e.g. Tor); use CSV when you have a full spreadsheet with many columns or lots of rows.

No account or subscription

You don’t need to sign up or pay a monthly fee. Use Batch Import or Bulk Paste when you need it, pay with card or crypto, and keep your recovery details to re-download labels from the Order Recovery page anytime.
