1. Servicios ofrecidos

We provide prepaid postage labels for domestic and international shipping. Labels are generated through third-party shipping APIs such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post. You are responsible for entering accurate shipment information before purchase. Instant Shipping Labels is solely a label provider and does not pick up, transport, or deliver shipments.

2. Elegibilidad

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Exactitud de la información

You agree to provide accurate and complete shipping details. Labels purchased with incorrect information may be voided, undeliverable, or rejected by carriers. We are not liable for any loss, failed delivery, or extra cost resulting from user input errors (e.g. wrong address, weight, or dimensions). Please double-check the addresses shown on the payment selection page before completing payment.

4. Entrega y uso de etiquetas

Shipping labels are delivered digitally via email or download after payment. Single-label orders are generally available within one minute. For batch (CSV) orders delivered by email, the email with your labels may take up to 15 minutes to arrive. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it. If your Email Labels have not arrived after 15 minutes, please contact support.

You must print and affix the label properly. Labels should be used within 24–72 hours of purchase. Most carriers consider labels invalid after 5–7 days, even if unscanned.

We are not liable for delays caused by printing issues, misuse, or failure to ship within the label's validity period.

5. Códigos de recuperación y acceso al pedido

You must save your recovery code and (for batch orders) master token. These are the only way to access your order details and download your shipping labels after payment. We strongly urge you to store them in a safe place (e.g., written down or in a password manager) at the time they are shown to you.

We do not have access to your recovery codes or master tokens. They are generated for your session only and are not stored in a form we can retrieve. We cannot look up, reset, or recover them for you.

If you pay for a label and later lose your recovery code or master token, we are not responsible and cannot provide a replacement code, re-send the label, or issue a refund for that reason. Choosing to receive your label by email reduces the risk of losing access, since the label will be sent to your email when payment is confirmed.

6. Reembolsos y cancelaciones

  • Refund Window: Users have 15 days from the purchase date to request a refund for an unused label.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the label must be unused and in "pre-transit" status (not scanned by the carrier).
  • Processing Time: Please note that carriers may take 15-30 days to process and approve the refund on their end once we submit the request.
  • Refund Scope: Shipping refunds apply to carrier postage only. Platform and service fees are non-refundable.
  • Cryptocurrency refunds: If you paid with cryptocurrency, any refund will be sent in the same (or equivalent) cryptocurrency to the payment address we have on file for your order—i.e., the address associated with your payment by our payment provider. We do not support refunds to a different wallet than the one used (or identified) for the original payment. You are responsible for ensuring you control that address; we are not liable if the refund cannot be completed because the address is invalid, inaccessible, or no longer in your control.
  • Goodwill Refunds: In rare edge cases involving errors on our part, we may, at our sole discretion, consider issuing a goodwill refund.
  • All sales are final once a label has been used or scanned by a carrier.

7. Privacidad y conservación de datos

Form data and PII are stored solely to process your shipping label and are permanently deleted after 30 days. We retain only minimal invoice data for internal accounting. Payment information is handled by third-party processors and is never stored on our servers.

8. Formas de pago

Payments are accepted via third-party processors, including debit cards, credit cards, contactless services, and cryptocurrency. Instant Shipping Labels is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect cryptocurrency addresses. Payment must be confirmed before a label is issued. For how cryptocurrency refunds are processed (including the address to which they are sent), see Section 6 (Refunds & Cancellations).

9. Responsabilidad del transportista y seguro

All shipping services are subject to the carrier's terms and limitations. We act solely as a label provider and are not responsible once the package enters the carrier's network.

By using our service, you agree that you will follow each carrier's shipping guidelines, prohibitions, and restrictions. Carriers may refuse, inspect, or destroy packages that violate their rules. You are responsible for ensuring your shipments comply with the carrier you select.

Carrier guidelines and prohibited/restricted items:

  • Carrier Liability: Some carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) include up to ~$100 of basic liability coverage for certain services as part of the regular postage. This is standard carrier liability, not full optional insurance.
  • No Additional Insurance: We do not sell, provide, or handle claims for additional shipping insurance. Any claims for delivery delays, lost packages, or damaged goods must be submitted directly to the carrier according to their terms and conditions.

10. Uso prohibido

You may not use our services for illegal, prohibited, or fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice for violations.

11. Modificaciones

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes. The latest version will always be posted here.

12. Limitación de responsabilidad

We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use our services, including lost shipments, denied delivery, incorrect address submissions, carrier delays, damaged goods, or loss of access to orders or labels due to lost or forgotten recovery codes or master tokens.
